Terms of Service
Last updated September 2026.
These terms cover this website and, in plain language, how engagements with the studio work. Formal statements of work carry the detail. If there is ever a conflict, the signed statement of work wins.
The site
Work described on this site shows typical engagement shapes and how we approach them. Campaign names such as Northwind Supply, Pulseboard, Crumb and Co., and Mara Skin are illustrative concepts that show our thinking. Nothing here promises future performance. Marketing outcomes depend on market, budget, timing, and execution.
Starting work
Every engagement begins with a written scope: goal, deliverables, timeline, and price. Sprints run four to six weeks. Monthly growth plans carry a three month minimum. You keep the 90 day map, briefs, and all working files whether or not we continue.
Payment
Sprints are invoiced half upfront and half on delivery. Monthly plans are invoiced at the start of each month. Invoices are due within 14 days. If an invoice runs more than 30 days late, we pause work until it is settled and the timeline shifts accordingly.
Revisions and approvals
Written deliverables include two rounds of revisions. You approve drafts in shared documents. If feedback takes longer than ten business days, we treat the draft as approved for scheduling purposes and pick it back up when you return.
Your responsibilities
You provide timely access to analytics, ad platforms where relevant, your CMS, and one person who can approve work. You confirm you have the rights to any materials, trademarks, or customer data you share with us.
Intellectual property
On final payment, finished deliverables are yours: published guides, landing page copy, email flows, and campaign creative made for you. Our internal templates, checklists, and process documents remain ours. We may describe the engagement in general terms, but we never share your confidential material without written permission.
Confidentiality
Both sides keep shared business information private during the engagement and for two years after. This does not cover information that is already public or that must be disclosed by law.
Ending an engagement
Either side can end a monthly plan with 30 days written notice. Completed weeks are invoiced. Sprints are non-refundable once work has begun, but if we have not started, the upfront payment is returned in full.
Liability
We do our work carefully, but marketing carries uncertainty. To the extent the law allows, our total liability under an engagement is limited to the fees paid for the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
Acceptable use of this site
Do not scrape this site at abusive rates, impersonate the studio, misrepresent our work as your own, or submit sensitive personal data through the contact form.
