How to file a notice
Email hello@venturestudios.co with the subject line "DMCA notice" and include:
- Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed, or a representative list if several works are involved.
- The URL of the material on this site you want removed or disabled.
- Your name, address, and an email address where we can reach you.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
What happens next
We review complete notices within five business days. Material that clearly infringes is removed or disabled, and we notify the person who supplied it where applicable. Repeat infringers lose access to any services we provide them.
Counter-notices
If your material was removed and you believe the removal was a mistake, reply to our notice with identification of the removed material, your consent to the jurisdiction of your local courts, and your signature. We restore material that is not subject to ongoing dispute within ten to fourteen business days of a valid counter-notice, as the law provides.
