Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect almost nothing, we sell nothing, and we share nothing. This page explains the small amount of data involved in running this site and working with us.
What we collect
- Inquiries. When you use the contact form or email hello@venturestudios.co, we receive your name, email address, website, and whatever you write about your goals.
- Theme preference. Your light or dark mode choice is stored in your own browser via local storage. It never leaves your device.
- Basic server logs. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, such as requested pages and error rates, to keep the site running. We do not use them to profile visitors.
What we do not collect
No accounts. No newsletter tracking pixels. No advertising trackers or retargeting scripts. The studio chat on this site runs entirely in your browser. Anything you type there stays on the page and is never sent to us.
How we use inquiries
We use your message to reply, to prepare observations about your site, and, if you become a client, to run the engagement. We do not add you to any mailing list. There is no sales sequence. One human reads every note.
Client confidentiality
Work we do for clients stays confidential by default. Analytics access, customer interviews, and internal data shared during an engagement are used only for that engagement. We do not publish client names, figures, or materials without written permission.
Cookies and storage
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. The only thing stored on your device is the theme preference described above. If you email us, your email provider's normal handling applies on your side.
How long we keep messages
Inquiry emails are kept for up to 24 months so we can recognize returning contacts, then deleted on request at any time. Client project files are kept for the length of the engagement plus one year for reference, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices
Write to hello@venturestudios.co to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will confirm within two business days and complete straightforward requests within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes in a way that affects you, we will update the date above and note the change here for 90 days. Small clarifications are noted by date only.
